High performance solvent based chemical release agent for concrete
Description QUICSEAL 713 Formstrike is a chemical release agent that forms a chemically active water repellent surface on formwork and moulds, enabling easy release of concrete. QUICSEAL 713 protects formwork whilst ensuring even colour and texture in the cast concrete. This is achieved via special chemical properties in QUICSEAL 713 that allows air to escape from the interface during concrete placing and vibration. The release of air minimises surface blemishes and blowholes resulting in a substantial reduction in remedial cost. Formwork coated with QUICSEAL 713 produce concrete with uniform finish, fit to receive subsequent coatings or renders without affecting adhesion.

Application Instructions
For best results, formwork should be non-porous. Ensure that formwork and moulds are cleaned before application. Apply QUICSEAL 713 by spray, roller or fine-haired brush.
Packing QUICSEAL 713 is available in 18 ltrs pail and 209 ltrs drum.

Equipment QUICSEAL 713 may be left in spray guns or sprayer without detrimental effects but over a prolonged storage, there may be softening of rubber seals.
Storage
The shelf life of QUICSEAL 104 is 12 months when stored unopened in a cool and dry place.
Healthy & Safety
Gloves should be worn when handling QUICSEAL 713. Splashes to skin should be removed with soap and water. Do not use solvent. Goggles should be worn as direct contact with eyes will cause irritation and may cause serious damage if left untreated. Any eye contamination should be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and immediate medical treatment sought. Ensure adequate ventilation.
