Description QUICSEAL 534 Screed is a high quality cementitious product which easy to use by simply adding water to give an excellent mix. It provides good workability for casting onto new or old concrete floor. QUICSEAL 534 is a blend of cement, graded sand and chemical additives.
Typical Uses QUICSEAL 534 is suitable for use as a normal screed on new concrete substrate, or to repair old worn-out substrates in housing estates or industrial floors. It can be used for internal as well as external applications.

Surface Preparation
Remove all dust, oil and debris. Dampen the dry concrete surface before application of QUICSEAL 534.
Mixing Instructions
Add 25 kg of QUICSEAL 534 to 3.0 – 3.5 litres of water. Mix with a site drum mixer for 3 - 5 minutes until the desired homogeneous mix is achieved. Ensure that it is free of lump before use.
Application
Ensure the substrate is damp and clean. Compact and finish QUICSEAL 534 in accordance with standard practice by using wooden float or steel trowel where appropriate.

Storage
Store QUICSEAL 534 in a dry place under shade, free from moisture contact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Health & Safety QUICSEAL 534 is non-hazardous. However care should be taken when handling it. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mouth. In case of eye splashes or excessive skin contact, wash thoroughly with clean water. If irritation persists, seek immediate medical attention.
